Dog Rescued by Florida Trooper During Hurricane Milton Evacuation is Now Named Trooper and is on the Mend

A Florida Highway Patrol trooper discovered a dog tied to a fence along I-75 in Tampa during the evacuation for Hurricane Milton. This brave pup has now been named Trooper and is safe and recovering! After the heroic rescue, Trooper was taken in by the Leon County Humane Society, where he is currently undergoing rehabilitation.
