Scientists have revealed the existence of a vast hidden ocean beneath Mars' surface, raising new possibilities in the search for alien life. Utilizing seismic data from NASA's InSight Lander, researchers identified an underground reservoir of liquid water located 7 to 13 miles deep.
This subterranean ocean contains enough water to cover the entire planet with a mile of liquid, though it is far beyond our current drilling capabilities.
