Diddy Seeks Bail Again with New Conditions

Diddy is making another attempt to secure bail, increasing his offer to the court by promising to limit his contact with nearly all women while released.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, Diddy's legal team states that if he is granted bail, a security company will provide nightly logs of all visitors to his Miami Beach home to ensure transparency. He plans to restrict visitors to family, caretakers, and friends who are not co-conspirators in his federal case. Specifically, he will only allow female visitors who are family members or the mothers of his children.

This move appears to be an effort to alleviate the court's worries about potential witness intimidation. Additionally, Diddy has committed to having no contact with known grand jury witnesses and has agreed to undergo weekly drug tests. His drug use is a significant part of the indictment, which alleges that his "Freak Off" parties were supported by various narcotics, including cocaine and MDMA. Authorities also reported finding drugs in his hotel room at the time of his arrest.

Diddy's financial offer remains unchanged at $50 million, secured by his Miami mansion and his mother's residence. He is currently in custody at MDC Brooklyn following a recent hearing and will remain there until his trial unless the new judge approves his bail request. A hearing is scheduled for Wednesday at 11 AM PT.
