Diddy Accuser Claims 'High-Profile' Individual Present During Alleged Pornographic Acts

One of Diddy's accusers, through her attorney, has alleged that a "high-profile person" was present during purported pornographic activities at the music mogul's Atlanta home.

Sean "Diddy" Combs, 54, denied bail by a judge, was indicted earlier this month in New York City on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation for prostitution.

Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, the attorney representing one of the accusers, appeared on Friday's episode of Banfield on NewsNation, revealing that she had been contacted regarding the "sale of one of the Diddy tapes." She stated that the individual who reached out was "more high-profile" but did not disclose their identity.

“There have already been tapes circulating in Hollywood, but one specific person contacted me to shop a particular video,” she said, adding, “I can confirm the video was pornographic.”

Mitchell-Kidd claimed the incident occurred at Diddy's Atlanta residence and suggested that the individual in the video may not have been aware they were being recorded.

During the same appearance, she discussed another client who allegedly experienced sexual assault by Combs in 2018. According to Mitchell-Kidd, this accuser had filed a police report after managing to escape at the time.

“She reached out to me a few weeks ago and shared her story of assault and escape,” Ariel explained. The incident occurred at a friend’s house connected to the industry, where Diddy showed up unannounced, and she realized he had intentions of trafficking her.

“The situation escalated when she was served a drink that made her feel woozy. Combs reportedly assaulted her with an object and directed another man to assault her while he watched,” Mitchell-Kidd claimed.

Fortunately, the client managed to escape and was seen by a neighbor on the street nearby.

This news follows Diddy’s attorney's recent comments regarding a plea bargain. According to Marc Agnifilo, Diddy has no intention of accepting a plea deal and maintains his innocence, planning to fight the charges in court.

Combs believes the prosecution is racially motivated and that he is targeted due to being a “successful Black man.” His attorney noted that Diddy is eager to testify, wanting to demonstrate to his family that he remains the man they have always known.

Agnifilo expressed confidence in Diddy’s readiness to share his story, stating, “I don’t know that I could keep him off the stand; he’s very eager to tell every part of it.
