The actress took to Instagram to advise her friends and followers against sending her messages of congratulations for Nigeria's independence.
"Please, no matter what you do, don’t send me happy independence wishes tomorrow," a banner on her Instagram stated.
"Please, please," she emphasized in the caption.
Several of her followers echoed her sentiments, expressing that there is little to celebrate.
