Attorney Reveals Some Celebrities Choose Settlement Amid Ongoing Lawsuits

Some celebrities have decided to settle, according to attorney Buzbee.

“In every case, especially ones like this, we aim to resolve matters without resorting to public lawsuits, as it’s in the victim's best interests. We’ve already achieved this with several individuals, many of whom you may recognize,” Buzbee stated.

He plans to file multiple lawsuits starting this month, representing 25 minors, and has already sent out demand letters to others who will be sued alongside Combs.

Buzbee also emphasized that he will actively pursue anyone who witnessed the alleged abuse and failed to take action to protect the victims.

“If you were present, participated, or simply watched and did nothing to intervene or helped cover it up, then in my opinion, you have a problem,” he remarked. “Many people witnessed these activities and chose to remain silent, allowing it to continue… all of these individuals and entities are at risk of exposure.”

However, Buzbee noted that the disclosure of notable names will not happen this week.

“Everyone is eager to know which other celebrities may be implicated. I don’t anticipate that happening this week,” he said. “We want to ensure that if we name individuals beyond Mr. Combs, we have thoroughly prepared, as it will create significant repercussions.”

Combs, 54, has been in custody since his arrest on September 16, facing allegations of coercing women into participating in drug-fueled sexual encounters with male prostitutes that sometimes lasted for days.

Federal authorities claim Combs carried out this abuse for over a decade, often using violence or threats to manipulate his alleged victims into compliance
