Reports indicate that an Arkansas father has been arrested for allegedly shooting a man fatally after discovering him in a car with his missing daughter.
Aaron Spencer now faces a preliminary charge of first-degree murder following the incident on Tuesday, October 8.
Deputies had responded to a report of a missing child and learned that Spencer had found his 14-year-old daughter in a vehicle with 60-year-old Michael Fosler.
A confrontation ensued between the two men, resulting in Fosler being pronounced dead at the scene. Spencer was then taken into custody
